• Approximate Location: Used to show rental properties near your general area.
• Precise Location: Used for map-based property search and to help landlords specify accurate property locations. Location access is only activated when you explicitly use location-based features.

2.3 Photos and Media

When you list a property, you may upload photos. These images are stored securely and displayed publicly as part of your property listing.

2.4 App Activity

We collect information about your interactions with the app:

• Saved Properties: Properties you save to your favorites list are stored to provide personalized functionality.

2.5 Crash Logs and Diagnostics

We collect crash logs and diagnostic data through Sentry to identify and fix technical issues, improve app stability, and enhance user experience. This data is processed automatically and does not contain personally identifiable information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Facilitate connections between renters and landlords
• Display property listings to users searching for rentals
• Send service-related communications
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues

When you list a property, your name and contact information (phone number) are displayed to users who view your listing to enable direct communication.

• Supabase: Backend infrastructure for database, authentication, and file storage
• Sentry: Crash reporting and application monitoring
• Google Maps: Location and mapping services

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Upon deletion request, we will permanently remove your personal data, property listings, and all associated information within 30 days.

KrayBet is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
